How does needling work?

How long will it last?
This is all dependable on individual skin health. Skin prep, post care, lifestyle, diet, treatment condition and how many sessions. Generally 12 months post treatment you will still get benefits.
Does it hurt?
Everyones pain threshold is different. Depending on the area and deepth we are treating you will feel sensation. I find the forehead can be more sensative but the results outway the sensation.
Do I need to prep the skin?
Yes, prep is key for optimal results. We guide you with individual topical homeware; expect a high potency Vitamin C, Vitamin A & EFA supplements as we want to make sure the baby cells was are inducing to the surface are in ‘tip top shape’ and of course SPF, SPF, SPF!
How will my skin look post treatment?
Expect to look wind burnt, minor swelling and a sensitive sensation is felt. This all subsides 24 - 24 hours post treatment. Possible flacking on day 3 -5.
How many sessions will I need?
After consultation we will guide you with a treatment plan. As your skin goals are individual as is your skin health. Sessions range between 2-8 weeks apart but we always treat the skin with integrity and incorporate rebuilding and restoring treatments in-between, as needling is a form of removal so we want to keep the skin micro flora happy.
What are growth factors?
